Since the atmosphere is rotating with us (largely due to inertia, friction, and gravity) the rotational component of the wind is canceled out. Usually the cause of wind is heat. This causes changes to pressure, densities and humidities. Thermodynamics pretty much takes over from there.

Why does democracy function as if Machiavellian principles married survival of the fittest? Why do we as a country lie, cheat, and bully to win power while hiding under the banner of truth, justice, and love? What is the end game?
Hedonism is good fit for your question. An individual whats to live in a place where others live under the banner of truth, justice, and love. But, that same individual sees that by making compromises (lying cheating, bullying) they can improve their own situation as they see things. They don’t see this as compromising the …
How long do modern homes with modern building materials & construction methods generally last?
Looking back at most structures, about 70% of well-maintained structures will last for between 100–120 years with modern methods. For every 10 years beyond that you’ll lose about 10% of the remaining. For average maintained structures only about 50% make it to 100 years with the same 10% loss each additional 10 years. Poorly maintained …
What Earth materials can last for thousands of years?
Pretty much stone is the answer. Other materials would exist but may change.
What defines the Stalinist architectural style?
Stalinist architectural style. The style is much harder to define on an individual building scale unless your focus is one of the state buildings or the Soviet Academy of Architecture. Mostly it shows on an urban planning scale. Long parklike boulevards lined with housing blocks ending in huge plazas and major monuments or buildings at …

Do structures and buildings built all over the world increase Earth’s gravitational attraction?
Since we build out of materials already present on/in the Earth no. The total mass of the Earth hasn’t changed, so no change to the gravitational force.
Are there any examples of Hot Ice or Ice-7 on planet Earth?
Naturally occurring? Probably not. You need existing ice to be exposed to something like 3GPa. By increasing the pressure you’re generating heat. A lot of heat. So a separate system would need to be present to get rid of said heat or to start in a cold enough environment. So three problems as I see …

How artificial Intelligence is helping the recycling of the wastes?
Sorting and identification. Additionally, some of the decision making, but this is largely related to the above items.
Do all objects on the Earth have weight?
If an object has mass, Earth supplies the gravity, ergo you have weight.
What is the gravity in Earth’s core?
Gravity would feel weightless. You probably wouldn’t notice as the pressure would be sufficient to crush you into a small super-heated ball.
